Akshay Pujari holds a graduate degree in engineering from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Currently, he is a Data Scientist and Software Engineer at Rubedo Life Sciences. His interests and background are in the intersection and connections in the fields of Engineering, Biology and Medicine.
He worked as a Graduate Research Assistant in Vascular Biology and Biofluids Laboratory with Dr. Juan Jiménez. His research focussed on studying the lymphatic system in vivo and in silico in mice. Post completion of his graduate work, Akshay worked at early-stage drug discovery company, DiCE Therapeutics in Redwood City, CA.
He is passionate about science and unification of disciplines to solve new problems relevant in understanding and improving human life.
